1.2.SINGLE-SIDED DECOILER (With automatic strip center position control system) Capacity 22000kgs Strip width 400 1600mm Coil inner diameter 508mm, 610mm Expansion Hydraulic via wedge type Outer diameter Max. 1600mm Speed Max. 60m/min Brake Pneumatic dish brake Adjustment of centering Hydraulic, automatic Base Frame construction Tension adjustment Automatically in accordance to coil diameter Expansion pressure regulation Manual adjustment Out board bearing support Equipped The decoiler is executed as a single-sided decoiler. The decoiler is composed of two major parts, one part is fixed on the ground and the other part can be slid on fixed part through hydraulic drive. The heavy and solid decoiler version is executed as a welded steel construction. The coiler shaft is made of tempered steel have a tensile strength of 900-1500N/mm2. The shaft is bearded radially and axially in roller bearings. To avoid of mandrel deformation because of gravity, outboard bearing support is equipped. PRESSURE ROLLER ON THE TOP The strip is led into the pinch roller by means of the pressure roller. The pressure roller also prevents the coil from opening during the removing of the coil strap. The swiveling and pressing is effected hydraulically. The roller laminated by PU is driven by a hydraulic motor. The pressure can be adjusted continuously by means of a valve. Braking Adopt stable pneumatic dish brake system. AC MOTOR During decoiling the AC motor takes over the following functions: Building-up of the back tension The back tension can be adjusted by means of the control Acceleration of decoiler Lead-in and back-spooling of strip The motor is equipped with a stop brake being effective in case of a machine stop or EMERGENCY-STOP 3.HYDRAULICAL SUPPORT OF THE DECOILER’S SHAFT In order to avoid the bending of the decoiler’s shaft, the free shaft end will be supported. The support can be swiveled hydraulically. 4.STRIP LEADING-IN FORM TOP The strip leading-in table (width: Approx 1000mm) is executed to introduce the strip scratch free from the top into the strip take-off. All movements are effected hydraulically. The end positions are controlled by initiators.
